There are no returns or refunds without an authorization number. If the customer is requesting a refund the customer agrees to file and honor this return policy before bringing in outside parties (paypal).

Items sent back without a return authorization number will be refused.

All physically returned items must be returned in their original boxes and properly packaged to avoid damage in shipping. All returned movies are subject to a restocking and handling fee charge plus freight both ways. Items returned in damaged or severely used condition which cannot be resold as new have a restock fee. All returned items are subject to inspection for use and damage before credit is issued. You may incur additional charges if product is returned in damaged condition. There will be no authorization numbers issued for guides after twenty four hours after the guide has been sent to the customer. The reason we have an amount of time for the return is due to the nature of our guides. Within the first twenty four hours from time of purchase you will receive a full refund of your purchase price. After the first twenty four hours from time of purchase as documented by the email delivery time stamp (not from the time you opened it, or read it) you will not receive a refund of your purchase price. After twenty four hours from time of purchase of the guide you will still receive support if there are any problems with the guide (cannot be read, guide was deleted, computer had a problem saving it).
